Step 1: Disconnect the air hoses from the intercooler.
Step 2: Separate the by pass valve from the intercooler by removing the two bolts using a 12mm socket.
Step 3: Remove the two bolts that secure the intercooler to the bracket using a 12mm socket.
Step 4: Seperate the intercooler air duct from the turbo using a 8mm socket.
Step 5: Seperate the intercooler from the throttle body by unsecuring the clamps using a 8mm socket.
Step 6: Remove the top mount intercooler.

Step 1: Disconnect the turbo from the up-pipe by removing the the three bolts using a 14mm socket.
Step 2: Disconnect the coolant hose that connects to the coolant tank.
Step 3: Loosen the clamp that secures the turbo inlet to the turbo using a flat head screw driver or a 8mm socket.
Step 4: Remove the bolt that secures the oil feed tube bracket using a 12mm socket.
Step 5: Remove the oil feed tube from the turbo by removing the bolt using a 14mm socket.
Step 6: Disconnect the coolant return hose.
Step 7: Remove the two bolts that secure the turbo charger bracket using a 14mm socket. Remove the turbo charger bracket.
Step 8: Disconnect the oil outlet hose from the turbo oil return pipe.
Step 9: Remove the turbo charger.

Step 1: Install the turbo and connect the oil return line to the turbo oil pipe.
Step 2: Install the turbo inlet to the turbo and clamp it down using a 8mm socket. Tighten the clamp to 2.2 foot pounds of torque wrench.
Step 3: Connect the oil pipe to the turbo and tighten the banjo bolt using a 14mm socket, be sure there is a washer between the pipe and the turbo and the turbo and the bolt. Tighten the bolt to 11.6 foot pounds of torque using a torque wrench.
Step 4: Place a new gasket between the up-pipe and turbo and tighten the three nuts that secure it using a 14mm socket. Tighten to 25.8 foot pounds of torque using a torque wrench.
Step 5: Connect the coolant hose.
Step 6: Install the turbo bracket and tighten the three nuts using a 14mm socket. Tighten them to 22.4 foot pounds of torque using a torque wrench.
Step 7: Connect the coolant line that connects to the coolant filler tank.
