Part 1: Battery Disconnect

Time: 3 Minutes   Difficulty: 1/10

Step 1: Locate the battery's negative terminal.


Step 2: Loosen the nut that secures the terminal using a 10mm socket or 10mm wrench.


Step 3: Lift the terminal off the pole and place it aside where it won't accidentally make a connection.


Press the brake pedal to ensure that any charge left in the cars electrical system is drained.

Part 2: Gauge Cluster Trim Removal

Time: 2 Minutes   Difficulty: 2/10

Step 1: Lower the steering wheel and remove the two screws that secure the gauge cluster trim to the dash using a phillips head screw driver.


Step 2: The lower part of the trim piece is still secured to the dash by two pressure clips, pull on the trim piece to disconnect these.


Step 3: Remove the gauge cluster trim.

Part 3: Gauge Cluster Removal

Time: 6 Minutes   Difficulty: 4/10

Step 1: Remove the gauge cluster plastic trim piece by removing the two screws that secure it using a philips head screw driver. There are two pressure clips which will require you to pull on the plastic trim piece to unsecure it.
Step 2: Remove the 3 screws which secure the gauge cluster using a philips head screw driver.
Step 3: Remove the three green connectors from the top of the cluster.
Step 4: Remove the gauge cluster.

Part 5: Gauge Cluster Trim Install

Time: 2 Minutes   Difficulty: 2/10

Step 1: Install the gauge cluster trim and push on the bottom so that it secures to the dash.



Step 2: Line up the holes in the gauge cluster trim to the dash and secure it by tightening the two screws using a phillips head screw driver.

Part 6: Battery Connect

Step 1: Place the negative terminal on the negative pole of the battery.


Step 2: Tighten the nut on the terminal using a 10mm socket or wrench until the terminal is secure.
