Part 1: Version 1 Cobb Accessport Install

Time: 20 Minutes   Difficulty: 5/10

Step 1: Connect the two green connectors that are by the pedals.


Step 2: Connect the jumper to the clear connector.


Step 3: Connect the OBD2 accessport cable to the accessport.


Step 4: Turn the knobs so that the cable is secured to the accessport.


Step 5: Insert the other end of the accessport cable to the obd2 connector by the pedals.


Step 6: A screen will appear that tells you to flash a new map to the ecu. Press the large circle button for ok.


Step 7: Search for the map that you want to flash the ecu with as your base map and press ok.


Step 8: A screen should appear to tell you to turn your car fully off and then back on.


Step 9: Place the key in the ignition and turn the car to the ON position.


Step 10: Once your car is in the ON position press the ok button to flash the ecu. If ok is pressed an initializing screen should pop up and then it should change to a screen that displays the status of the flash.


Step 11: When the flash is completed a screen will be displayed which advises you to turn the car off before starting. Press OK to proceed.


Step 12: Turn the key in the ignition to the OFF position.


Step 13: Disconnect the green connectors.


Step 14: Remove the Jumper.


Step 15: Start the car and hope it works!
